Christmas in My Heart

     It was the time when I had no job. I applied to several schools for a job but it seems impossible to be hired. I had a little money left. I couldn't apply for more job vacancies anymore. 

     One day a Principal informed her Teachers which where also friends of my wife to let me come to their school for an interview. I was interviewed but told to make a call next week from that day. The time had came for me to call and had very little amount of money left enough for a call. I have to come to the school for more instructions or maybe I will be hired as I expected. I need money for a ride to the school and going back to our home.Since I have nothing left, I just walked on and pray to God. On my way to the school I applied, I found money on the road side, which I used for my rides. The Principal hired me to teach in their school. I cried for that moment.
    
     In my heart, God showed to me that he is always there for me. Going back home, I strongly believed in God and let him take the place of my Guardian Angel. I remembered the day I was hired for a job for a second time. As I prayed to God, I also prayed to my childhood angel named Blue Angel 3 and assigned my Guardian Angel to guard my son. ~IQ7

Harmonious Relationship

     Reflecting of the ways I had done when I was a student. There were times I hated teachers who punished and gave low grades. I can only thought of teachers being unfair to their students. Now, I am a teacher I always want my students to learn and do everything that will make them a better person someday. I may have done what my teachers were doing before and I realized that I also learned from my students.
      
     Everyone wants to be understood. Students want to be understood by their teachers and Teachers want to be understood by their students. I can see a conflict of interest in this case. Giving chances to both sides will develop harmonious relationship of learning.

Win-Win Solutions

     A fault finder can always find fault to anyone around. A trouble maker can create trouble anytime. A negative thinker can think bad. What's the opposite of these? A seeker, a peace maker, and a positive thinker.

     How to deal in situations where two individuals are in conflict? ‎"Win-win solutions are the most desirable way to solve problems and conflicts. When you win and the other person wins, instead of one winning and the other losing, then everybody is happy and the relationship gets stronger as a bonus."


     I thought of this when I herd the conflict between a teacher and a student. I prefer to be on the side of the teacher because I am a teacher. I opened an idea to a student for him to ask and help his classmate. What if the conflict elevates? My students will be facing this challenge against us teachers by defending his classmate. I am more willing to listen to the side of the student and give him a chance. Now, what about the teacher? She had took her action and taught the student of the consequence, an apology or minor punishment will be sanction to the student.

     A house is build by many structures. To be human, we have to decide and make our actions in many situations. Decisions and actions mold us to become a human being. Humans are mold in different situations and become strong in every challenges encountered. Like a house that cannot be finished, humans constantly search and act for the better. Comparing human being to a house is unpleasant for some because a house will not feel. A house cannot be made in a single foundation, it needs many foundations. 

     A human being is made by his many decisions and actions. Decisions that will make a man succeed or failed. Actions that will show his strength or weakness. We are not mold by a single decision or action, infinite decisions and actions by a man will make him the better among other human. Life is not easy to live.~IQ7

     Life is short but we are busy in saving other lives. We always care for others that we sometimes forget ourselves. People are alike, they seek comfort and help other people. As we are struggling with our own hardship in life, we still prefer to make other people happier than we are.

     I remembered that a doctor from hospital telling me with my friends on how to save someone getting drown. "It is risky to save a person getting drown, it is better to let him drown for a while than saving him at an instant because he will struggle for his life and may pull the man saving him down just to be saved." This reminds me of letting things happen before making any actions.

     How will you face the reality around you? People are trying to help you, and you are trying to help them. Who really needs help? Is it you or other people? We lived in pretension, we help as if we don't want to be helped. We work for us to forget that life is too short. Now, we believe that we had a better and longer lives.~IQ7
